How to place order with you?

E-mail us the designs with details including size, finish type, packing, quantity of the item you want, we will response the price to you, once you confirm price, we prepare artwork and sales confirmation, after have your approval on the artwork and confirmation, we receive your payment or deposit, we start to produce the order for you.

How long is the turnaround time for my order?

Production times differ from product to product, our standard delivery of silicone wristbands are typically be expected between 5 to 7 days.

How do you ship my order ?

For small quantity, we usually ship via Express like FedEx, UPS, DHL or other express you prefer.
For large orders, we can ship via air cargo or ship by Sea, base on your demand.

Can I have a pre-production sample for my order?

Yes, just tell us you need pre-production sample when you place the order, we will e-mail or ship the sample to you according to your request.
